To sheeple leaving comments supporting this corrupt cuntstubble, here is my response: Address the FACT that, in chronological order, the cuntstubble abused his authority by stopping me under the Road Traffic Act. Only a uniformed cuntstubble is allowed to do this. He attempted to open my passenger side door, which he had no right to do. Thats when I started to record him.He then abused his authority again by attempting to open my door. Then he was evasive when asked if i was being detained. After he eventually said i wasn't being detained and that I was free to go, he made a false report over his radio that i was making off and called for assistance, attempting to entrap me into a police pursuit. At this point I think it's fair for me to conclude that I was dealing with a corrupt cuntstubble who thought he was above the law.I think I was justifiably furious. A person in a position of authority over other people, who abuses that authority does not deserve respect. It is at this point I inform him that his breath smelled of bacon and called him a punk. When his assistance arrived(another SEVEN officers), he again attempted to open my passenger side door. Then he asked me if I was going to open my door, so he could "speak" to me. Even though it was quite clear that he could speak to me through the window. Then he ordered me to switch the engine off, which I wasn't legally obliged to do, more abuse of authority. And finally he orders me to stop recording saying "turn it off a sec" and when i refuse he says "well I can't speak to you properly" . If whilst watching the video ,all of that escaped you, and you can only focus on me informing him that his breath smelled of bacon, and the tone of my voice, you are a deluded, brainwashed, mental slave that has been conditioned to unconditionally worship authority figures. It is sheeple like you that have allowed these cuntsubbles to become the abusers of authority that they are. I recommend you dial 999 and order a truncheon to fellate.Carry on living on your knees, you subservient fool, and despise me as much as you like, because whilst I was standing up for my own rights, I was actually standing up for yours too. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'd like this corrupt cuntstubble to tell me why he was trying to open my door, and what his intentions were if the door had opened. He tells me to turn the camera off so he can speak to me properly..Why wouldn't a law abiding cuntstubble be able to speak to me properly on camera ? If anyone else has any ideas please leave them in the comments. I might set up a website expose-corrupt-police.org,(tried to register the domain policetube.com people are already on it couldn't get policetube.ANYTHING apart from .bullshit, probably most of them are registered by corrupt police ) where people can upload their videoed evidence of police behaving inappropriately. I'm getting sick of them.. It's not just the odd one, every time I get stopped they try and open my door or order me out of the car illegally, because the power goes to their head and they think they're above the law. And they wonder why there are Dale Cregans and Raoul Moats out there. 2 cunstubbles were ran over recently in Manchester after stopping a vehicle. It wouldn't surprise me if they were abusing their authority too. I've been persecuted by the police since being a child, I've been assaulted, verbally abused and had them lie in order to get an arrest. I'm sure there are millions of people out there who have suffered similar experiences too. How long do they think people will put up with it for ? I'm sure that there are nice coppers out there, that do things by the book. And I love any copper that stops an old lady getting mugged, or catches a rapist hiding in the bushes, or a kiddy fiddler outside a school, but in my experience the majority of them have let their power go to their head and think that they can behave exactly how they want, breaking laws whilst enforcing them on other people....The epitome of hypocrisy. Imagine what they're doing when they are not being filmed. I'M NOT INCITING PEOPLE TO DO IT. but if Police officers continue to abuse there authority I believe it is only a matter of time, in this day and age with cameras being so prevelant, that the amount of evidence exposing police corruption and brutality will reach critical mass and the people will rise up against this form of corruption. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any Cunstubbles leaving comments.....Be proud and identify yourself as a copper...If you've really got balls leave your number in the comment too.

In July 2007, O’Reilly was found guilty by a Central Criminal Court jury and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of his wife at their home in the Naul, Co Dublin. Rachel O’Reilly’s badly beaten body was found in the bedroom of her home by her mother on October 4th, 2004 and in the intervening period O’Reilly had appeared as a guest on the topic of her death on RTÉ’s Late Late Show. Speaking on behalf of the Court of Appeal, Mr Justice George Birmingham said it was an “unacceptable strategy” to raise the arguments O’Reilly had raised at this point. O’Reilly’s application was based on events that occurred on the third day of his Central Criminal Court trial when a portion of the book of evidence was found in the jury room, the judge said. It was clear, from the way in which the issue was approached by the trial judge and counsel at the time, that O’Reilly was fully informed and fully engaged with what was happening at the time, he said. Having been so aware and so engaged, to raise the argument now after the trial and after his earlier appeal, was an “unacceptable strategy,” Mr Justice Birmingham said. Accordingly, Mr Justice Birmingham, who sat with President of the Court of Appeal Mr Justice Sean Ryan and Mr Justice John Edwards, dismissed the appeal. As a result, O’Reilly’s application under section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act will not now proceed to full hearing. Counsel for the Director of Public Prosecutions, Brendan Grehan SC, had asked the Court of Appeal to dismiss O’Reilly’s application as an “abuse of process” because it was not based on any new or newly discovered facts as required under the Act. On day four of O’Reilly’s trial for murder the court registrar was advised that a portion of the book of evidence had been left in the jury room. Trial judge Mr Justice Barry White had made it clear, Mr Grehan said, that he would discharge the jury if any of them had read any portion of the book of evidence, otherwise the trial would continue. The foreman of the jury was then asked whether any juror had read any portion of the book of evidence and his reply was: “not to my knowledge, no”. Mr Grehan said that exchange took place with 11 jurors, the trial judge, O’Reilly and all counsel present in court. The suggestion that one of the jurors simply sat there and stayed dumb did not arise because the “eyes of everybody in court” would have been looking at their reactions. Mr Grehan said O’Reilly met with his legal team before the court sat, he was informed of what had transpired and informed that if any of the jurors had read any part of the book of evidence the jury would be discharged. Not only was no application made to discharge the jury but those were O’Reilly’s instructions to his legal team - that if nobody had read any portion of the book of evidence the trial could proceed, Mr Grehan said. It was “impossible to contemplate how the significance could not have been appreciated” by O’Reilly at the time and his case was “simply unstateable” and “bound to fail,” Mr Grehan said. Counsel said the “very experienced” Mr Justice White had rigorously assessed the evidence in the trial and O’Reilly had enjoyed favourable rulings up until that point. Mr Justice White had also ruled inadmissible O’Reilly’s appearance on the Late Late Show, Mr Grehan said. There should be finality to criminal trials, Mr Grehan said, not just for the director or the accused but for victims and their families also.

He will talk about his 2 carefully constructed sentences, he said at the court office. He didn't even get to the next hearing and the court instructed the state to return his son back within 24 hours. Families of Birmingham pub bombing victims have been refused legal aid to challenge a ruling that IRA suspects should not be named in new inquests into the 1974 blasts.Julie Hambleton, whose elder sister Maxine was one of 21 killed when two bombs went off in the city centre, said families have been left 'with our backs against the wall'.In July Senior coroner Sir Peter Thornton QC said suspects would not be named in the hearings next year.Campaign group 'Justice4the21' want to appeal this at a High Court hearing set for 6 and 7 December but they need money to fund the process.Mrs Hambleton today said the Legal Aid Agency 'appears not to think there is such merit or sufficient public interest'.She added: 'Our challenge is to argue against his decision to rule out of the investigation the issue of perpetrators - who made the bombs, who directed them, who carried them, who planted them and their associates.'This is yet another example of how the families are continually being obstructed from getting to the truth and from having fair access [to legal funding].'We are therefore now with our backs against the wall - again - with important deadlines to be met before the two day hearing in December and urgently require £20,000 to continue to fund our legal representation so we can argue our case at its highest.'A Legal Aid Agency spokesman said: 'Our deepest sympathies remain with the families of the victims of the horrific Birmingham pub bombings. However, funding can only be granted to legal aid applications that satisfy the strict criteria set by law.'The victims' families have now set up a crowdfunding page in a bid to fund the minimum £20,000 cost of the hearing and counsel. In July families vowed to boycott the inquests when the coroner said 'the perpetrator issue' was not to be part of the hearings.A statement published by Justice4the21, the main campaign group representing many of the relatives, hours before the pre-inquest review said it will 'no longer participate'.No one has been charged with the attacks since six men were freed from prison after their convictions were overturned in 1991. Whether at home or abroad, Donald Trump can't seem to shake off discussion about whether or not Russia interfered in his election last year. And this time, the debate on Russian meddling and manipulation is the president's own doing. Trump made contradictory statements while meeting world leaders at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation in Vietnam. Trump met Vladimir Putin and appeared to accept the Russian President's denial of involvement. Then Trump told reporters he had full confidence in U.S. intelligence agencies, after the CIA said Russia did meddle in the race for the White House; Is he trying to influence the criminal investigations which could lead to impeachment? And paying lip service to Moscow? Presenter: Laura Kyle Guests: Alexey Khlebnikov, International Relations analyst, Russian International Affairs Council.
